Abraham Lincoln once said, "It is all too fitting and proper that we do this: that no soldier goes unthanked, and no warrior leaves unrecognized." It was with this in mind that we started this organization, earnestly desiring to thank our wounded and deployed military personnel wherever their service to our country might take them. Well, today, Heroes of Freedom continues to meet the challenges and opportunities afforded to us by an active, national military. We cannot, and will not, forget our brave men and women who have put their lives in harm's way to protect those of us here at home. It is with great pride and appreciation to our valiant and courageous hereos that we endeavour to thank those who admirably serve our country.
